My Service Advisor yesterday Sam Cornette was polite and friendly. He gave me the expected wait time and was very close on what he quoted. He is someone yall should keep in this position because my last experience had me not wanting to come back EVER. Sam changed my mind and will make me give Walker another chance for service in the future.

The agreed upon work was performed quickly, efficiently, and somewhat economically.

Oil change and tire rotation took 1.5 hours and usually performed in 1 hour.

I have used other BMW dealerships in the past, but I have never had the superior service I received from Walker BMW. They will be my dealership of choice from now on. The staff, especially Mrs. Norwood, the service, the attention to detail was so much more than I expected.

Drove up for warning service on my GMC Denali. Was met promptly. Registered quickly. Called a few minutes later and inform the parts need to be ordered and they will call me as soon as those parts are available. Once available shouldn't take more than 30 minutes. Thanks team for helping.

Made an appointment for my vehicle's 30,000 mile service. Appointment was at 0730 and I was home before 0945am. I was kept informed at every stage of the service and my service rep, Allen Gorum, was excellent. He thoroughly explained the service I was receiving and how it would affect the performance of my vehicle. I am always pleased with the servicer at Walker.

I had a tire patched. The man who assisted me was so helpful. He even call after to make sure everything was good.

Fast & easy

I went to Walker Buick because I had a recall on my 2012 Buick LaCrosse. The customer service was so Professional. I like to comment on Mr. Allen Gorum for his Professionalism and taken time to answer all my questions I needed to know.

I will say that since I have been getting my truck serviced at Walker, customer service has really picked up a notch. I felt welcomed and part of the Walker family even though I did not buy my vehicle there. If they keep customer service up, I just might have to give them a shot on my next vehicle.

We were from out of town and the service manager was so easy and accommodating.

I needed to get my regular car maintenance done such as tire rotation and oil change. It was done in a timely manner and the dealership stayed in contact with me to ensure I was satisfied with the work orders.

Went in for my first Service(Oil Change, Tire Rotation, General inspection). Also 2 Recalls. These Recalls were discussed when I made the Appointment. The Appointment was made the week before coming in. The Advisor did not know if the parts were in stock for the recalls. I had to wait for the technician to check my truck. Since the Advisor knew I was coming, the advisor should have known if the parts were in stock when I arrived. This would save time, for the technician and me, and I would have known how long I would be there. The plan ...

Recently had major electrical work done on MY 1998 BMW Z3. It was a complicated job as the local rats had a feast on my cars wiring. Mrs Norwoodand the staff were extremely helpful in finding my best options and taking care of the car’s issues along with care for a very stretched budget. I deeply appreciate their help with my questions on suggestions on how to proceed. My wife and I have purchased several cars from Walker dealerships and the quality of their service department is why I would shop there first.

Courteous customer service. Kendall made certain that my concerns were met and explained the claim process for my tire replacement. Alexandra has also provided great service during prior visits. I always feel confident that my vehicle will be properly serviced.

The team at WMB went above and beyond for me when I experienced car trouble while out of town. They were very accommodating and a pleasure to work with.

I needed a dealership to look at my 2009 Mazda 3 hatchback as a traction light appeared on the dash. I met Adam the Mazda service advisor at Walker and he set me up within 5 minutes of me showing up. It took them about a week for diagnosis but, they were very thorough and gave me detailed diagnostics on the which sensor specifically failed. More important than that, they recommended a few maintenance items as I was approaching 55K miles (Brake fluid flush, coolant flush, and fuel induction cleaning).
