I needed a dealership to look at my 2009 Mazda 3 hatchback as a traction light appeared on the dash. I met Adam the Mazda service advisor at Walker and he set me up within 5 minutes of me showing up. It took them about a week for diagnosis but, they were very thorough and gave me detailed diagnostics on the which sensor specifically failed. More important than that, they recommended a few maintenance items as I was approaching 55K miles (Brake fluid flush, coolant flush, and fuel induction cleaning). Ken is the man! Quickly found me the car I was looking for, got it sent in from another dealer the next day. He wasn't pushy or anything. Usually the second I encounter the overly fake enthusiastic or push car salespeople I run, but Ken was great to work with.
