I was able to schedule an appt with the service dept online for the very next day. I received a video from the service dept that explained why my check engine light was on and also they showed what other issues that needed to be addressed immediately, as well as though in the near future. Every time I have issues or concerns regarding my 2021 GMC truck. I called or emailed Allen Gorum and he always responded the same day.
